At the time of the onsite monitor visit, one of the directors and two other staff did not have a current bloodborne pathogens training completed within the last 12 months, as per labor and industry standards. (LS, JO, VB) At the time of the onsite monitor visit, one director and one lead teacher did not have a current CPR and First Aid training completed and available onsite or in MERIT for review. At the time of the onsite monitor visit, one aide (AA) who was present and employed for a year and seven months did not have a completed childcare basics training.
